How about some fitness for your brain?
You already know that exercise can add years to your life, but now there's evidence that it also can take years off your aging mind. Research suggest that regular aerobic exercise may delay or even reverse age-related brain decline,
including that associated with Alzheimer's disease and dementia. Moderate physical activity-anything that leaves you breathless can increase both the volume of brain tissue and the brain's abililty to function. Exercise isn't a cure for Alzheimer's, and it won't stop you from getting older, but it may help you stay sharper longer.
